Current Stage Info:

Got some 40c panaracer gravel kings, and it rides better than ever. I'm barely able fit them in the frame but they clear.
Also I broke the bar clamp bolt on my cool salsa stem so back to the old SR.

Great! Was this frame originally used in touring bike or something like this? I love ishiwata tubing :)

Yeah man I believe so, but this is a bit of a mystery frame. There's plenty of them to be found online, but none exactly like this one. I believe my fork was an upgrade from what would have been on it. Its also weird because it has no cable routing or stops of any sort so it must have been a chore cabling it up. I bought it like 8 years ago and it was a coaster brake single speed, then a fixie, now sscx. My absolute favorite bike, its just so smooth and playful.

My first ever bike camping trip was on this bike, (setup is pictured). It was quite the learning experience to say the least.

I've thought about throwing a fixed cog on and flipping that wheel. For now the sound of that freewheel is too sweet to change it up.
