I'm a huge fan of the rush hour pro and this is a nice build. My only distaste is for bmx pedals on a track bike but I can only assume they comfortable for you.

You can only judge them if you've tried and tested them, so much better than double clips and straps in every way, and so much more comfortable than ATACs and Sidis.

I've ridden them on free style bikes before which is what they're made for. I wouldn't bomb a hill with them but that's just me and I've never ridden clipless so I can't speak on that behalf. It was just an aesthetic preference.
