I built this at the Yamaguchi School in September 2009. I have since damaged the frame and transferred most of the parts to my Colian Deep Purple Restomod. I will restore this frame later this year, and likely rebuild it with the NIB Campagnolo Record 11 Group I have sitting in my parts bin. I miss riding this, seriously the best frame I ever rode.

how did you damage it?

It cracked at the shifter boss, I think I overheated that area when I brazed it. I remember hitting a bump on the Manhattan bridge and the handling became quite "lively." I pulled over and noticed a crack halfway around the down tube. What can you do? Live and learn.
