More Info:
Latest iteration of my go-to travel bike. This has evolved over the years with a grab-bag of older, but durable/bombproof parts and is now set up for “road-ish” riding with the semi slick Cintaturo tires, although at 700x35 (the frame has clearance for more) it can handle some rough stuff, which makes it great for discovering new roads when in new places. The Ritchey Zeta wheels - while not terribly light - are durable and great for travel as they allow for the entire freehub assembly to come off without tools which makes for easy packing in the Breakaway case. The Paul Minimoto cantis are phenomenal - super strong and with great modulation. At some point I’ll throw some knobbies on this rig and see what it can do!
