Picked up a Look Pista frame, youth trackbike of Martijn Maaskant. Don't know if it is a real look but I'm not going to pull of the decals. Photo's show a quick build up I made for riding to my girlfriend to show it. Edit: Stripped the frame, had it painted and went for a big search to a full Dura Ace group.

Bottom bracket says RGF, and there are dots on the lugs. Really am curious what it is haha.

RGF is a french company, which would probably make it French at the very least. My Bertin has an RGF bb. So, you've got that. What's the BB and hs threading? I've never known of LOOK to make a steel track frame.

RGF is a french company, though it has been used in a lot of countries by a lot of company's (this is what i've found on the internet). I could be a lot of things. I've found some Roberts frames with exactly the same luggs, so it could be one of those.
It's a normal BSA threading. And Look did make steel frames, but they were much nicer than this one haha.
