It's admirable to reuse and re-purpose old frames to make them into something you want to ride. That's awesome. But of all of these "custom" SE Asian frames I've seen on here, not one of them looks safe, comfortable or even good looking. This is no exception. Not trying to be mean, but these all look like a bad idea. And they probably are.
