One of my fav Tarmacs. btw how did you get that tapered piece off of the top of the headset? I've seen some people do it and I'm trying to get the step on my tmac a bit lower

you can literally just pull it off. super easy. just make sure there is no play in your fork/headset once everything is tightened down.
