This was purchased from the same US Team racer that I got the Keith Anderson from. It is one of my grail bikes and oh boy am I going to hold onto this forever.

How does the stem on the pictures with the wound up fork clamp the forkshaft?

it is a threadless stem, so the steer tube runs up above the headset and the stem clamps on that!
