From Jason Montano at Broakland: "That is a prototype bike that was made by Waterford / Schwinn when we were thinking of doing a budgetesque offering through them. In the end, they wouldn't recreate our geometry and insisted on putting water bottle bosses on the frame so we rejected it as a project, only made the one frame and gave it away to a Denver allycat - so, not really a Broakland, but a Broakland project none the less." The tubeset is True Temper Ox Platinum as well, I'm very excited to be on this one of a kind frame! According to the serial number coding on Waterford's website, it was made in October of 2009, and was the 35th scheduled frame for the month.
