I will say that some of them ride just a bit more refined and it might not be the ones that you think.

Nice build. The quality of those thin lugs are just marvelous. That's a lot of filing and cutting.

Do you build frames for fun or as a business? If it's the latter I might be interested depending on the price.

Weight -wise I'd guess between 17-18 pounds. Never weighed it. Could be 1+ pounds lighter if I went with a carbon fork. Wanted to keep it all steel.
