Another step in the disc brake direction. Upgraded from the stock Tiagra to Ultegra 6800 shifters and rear derailleur, 6700 crankset, and 105 5800 cassette. Swapped out stock saddle for a Fabric Line. Biggest performance upgrade was the switch to tubeless Schwalbe Pro One tires and A-Class CXD4 wheelset.

More than I can ask for in features, performance, stiffness, and compliance. My first tubeless experience and things are going well; the set-up spins up fast, is comfortable, and offers plenty of traction.
