Casciani was a custom frame builder from Rome. I replaced the rims, saddle, stem and handlebars recently, other straps too. It suits the bike more likely with the new set up to my opinion...

Not really, but when I asked I'm Rome (I'm from there) they said me that was really famous and defitely good (but I can see it from his frames!) He didn't make a lot of bikes anyway (probably for the price!) Mine was full sr like yours and with custom geometry.

Me too! It was funny when I got the bike freshly assembled and added some pics on the net then I got an email from someone in the same town as I live (...and it's not as big as Rome!) with the same frame =D

Aha, yes I see now. Bin nie ein Titanrad gefahren. Zu viel Angst um carbon, kaufe nie eins. Mag das Gefühl von Alu, leicht halt.

...und gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis bei Alu! Mir persönlich etwas zu hart. Titan ist steifer als Stahl, aber immer noch weicher als Alu. Aber egal ob Stahl, Alu oder Titan, die machen bestimmt länger freude als Carbon!
