Ricofixed is the futur man and I hope it's full of cheese 'cause I love my gruyere but i'll rather go for my rocquefort you know..

handlebar height is not UCI legal
Posted almost 11 years ago
Good thing I never planned on racing in a UCI event, you might have also noticed that the seat post isn't UCI legal.

enserio??????????????
no tenia ni idea jefe! haha
Posted almost 11 years ago
jajajajaj!
Just kidding. I have no idea what the fuck you're saying, I don't speak Spanish.
Posted almost 11 years ago
the problem is in my time on track i never see any lockring , this picture is a evidence;
is time you asume are a hipster and you use your stickered bike in the street for do a skids :D
Posted over 10 years ago
Yep, was a temporary build that never even touched the track. We can't all afford $8,000 setups bud.
Posted over 11 years ago
hahahahahahha, TRAP GAYLORD!
i can pay $12. or $20.000 because I am dedicated to this, but I do not criticize anyone like you do when you put these cheap pieces after an almost decent frame ..
Posted almost 11 years ago
You may be dedicated to this, but you also have the means to purchase all these items, and can afford not to work in order to train on the track. I've heard from multiple people that your wife takes home the bacon and pays for your lifestyle, so you're incredibly privileged.
Posted almost 11 years ago
wife ? i'm 22 years old, I think you're not aware of anything that you have never written, without doubt.
Posted over 10 years ago
Oh man...you're an even bigger idiot that I'd thought. You do realize that every single person who races track has multiple chainrings, and cogs, right? Although, judging from that comment, you don't.
Posted over 11 years ago
cervelo with... ORIGIN8 chainring... my eyes are burn!
Posted over 11 years ago
i didn't noticed this before you say that. lol.. my eyes are burn too!
Posted almost 11 years ago
After years of looking I finally found one on Craigslist one day, just sold it though.
Posted over 11 years ago
Nice built! Are you also riding it on the street?
Posted over 11 years ago
Thanks! And no, I don't own it anymore, but it was never used on the street when I did.
Posted over 11 years ago
Good laaaawwwdddd. I love it.
Posted over 11 years ago
Noooo :C I see down there that you have a T1 now? No Pedalroom for it yet?
Posted over 11 years ago
Yeah I have a T1 now, no pictures yet, you know how slow I am when it comes to pictures.
Posted over 11 years ago
Man, everything about this build is just spot on ! Perfect track build !
Especially the wheels they seem like the perfect combo ! dont listen to that dounche
Do you have a Flickr, where I can see these pictures in higher quality ?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Haha thanks! He's not a dousche though, he's just voicing his opinion, which I'm fine with. I don't have a Flickr account, but I'll try to get some uncompressed pictures uploaded soon!
Posted almost 12 years ago
It's ok. I don't care if you call me a douche (:
Just don't do it behind my back, message me directly or comment me. Don't be scared :D
Posted almost 12 years ago
I don't mean you Sublime, you sir are a chill guy as far as I can tell.
Posted almost 12 years ago
I just try to keep out of trouble :)
We should ride some time since we both live in SoCal (at least I think you do.)
Posted almost 12 years ago
Sick you finished it! I wish i could get your frame but its to small. I am going to post new picks of my bike done soon. All i need is a new wheel set. But i can at least ride it.
Posted almost 12 years ago
Very nice man, it came out beautiful. Only thing I would change is the wheelset (:
Posted almost 12 years ago
It may not be for you, but I think that a 85mm rim on the back and a 66mm rim on the front is the perfect combination. Please keep in mind that I never said the perfect combo period, I said for me. Thanks for your input, though.
Posted almost 12 years ago
Josh, We should go on a ride with Sublime. We can go to Encino and ride there. No need to be certified! :)
Posted over 11 years ago
Holy shit! You've really turned this bike around! Your photos and bike are top-notch!! What are you shooting with?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Holy fuck dude, this is actually literally amazing! The only thing I would change is the crank to 7710 and the chainring to a Zen or DA. It doesn't matter though because it still looks amazing! Omg, I can't even believe how nice this turned out! I might make this my desktop wallpaper! Or print out a picture and tape it onto my desk! I think I'll do that right now!
Posted almost 12 years ago
Thanks man, that means a lot! The funny thing is, I actually have both a Zen and an NJS Dura Ace chain ring, I was just too lazy to put them on for the pictures haha. And yeah I do know they're PD-R540s, I realized it a while ago I just forgot to change it, I will now though, thanks.
Posted almost 12 years ago
Jon, I honestly think you should buy it. It would fit you well if you put a long ass stem on there and put the saddle up high like me lawl.
Posted almost 12 years ago
holy shit they've arrived! nice lol
Posted almost 12 years ago
wait, you finally upgrade it and now you're going to sell the frameset?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Yeah, I don't get to the track enough to justify owning it so I'm getting a T1 instead. I'm keep everything else though.
Posted almost 12 years ago
What's the status! Pictures were 'coming soon' a month ago!
Posted almost 12 years ago
I know :(
I'm going out this week to take some good ones, I promise.
Posted almost 12 years ago
Damn that's a nice looking bike. I'll be waiting for those drive side pictures as well. Patiently of course. Lol
Posted almost 12 years ago
Velodrome READY! how does this compare to the histogram?
Posted almost 12 years ago
Ah man, wait til you see it now! New bars, cranks, wheel set, seat, the whole nine yards.
The histogram was great on the street, but not on the velodrome. This on the other hand, is amazing on the track.
Posted almost 12 years ago
C'mon, it's not like a full driveside shot indoors is hard to pull off.
Posted almost 12 years ago
When I have to take everything at 1600iso+ (which looks like shit) then yeah, it is. :(
Pictures will come soon enough!
Posted almost 12 years ago
You could try improvising with flood lights if you don't have an external flash. Just bounce them off the ceiling or something so the light looks less intense.
Posted almost 12 years ago
I've got a set of 1000 watt flood lights actually, but still, I much prefer real light to artificial light.
Posted almost 12 years ago
Well, a Mavic Ellipse would be a lot better then what you have now. You should buy it.
Posted almost 12 years ago
lol.
Better than this setup, yes. Once you see my updated setup (waiting to take photos) you'll think differently ;)
Posted almost 12 years ago
I can take pics if you want. I dunno where you live but, you must be near if your in all those buy sell trade groups. (It's Thomas btw)
Posted almost 12 years ago
Nah I can take the pictures, just been pretty busy lately + the light this week has been shit due to the rain :(
Thanks for the offer though!
Posted almost 12 years ago
I agree this rain has sucked balls. But I can't ride anyways so I don't really care. :/
Posted almost 12 years ago
Also have to wait for the new bb to arrive to put the 7600s on :)
Posted almost 12 years ago
Hahah, yea. Fractured skull, broken nose. Crits can get nasty man. :(
Posted almost 12 years ago
Hey Luka, you down to trade you Nitto's for the same one but grey? I see you by marshal with your bike haha sweet
Posted almost 12 years ago
Strange chainring. did you drill the holes you are using yourself or does it come with 'extra' holes?
Posted about 12 years ago
It's a p.o.s. chainring, only reason I got it is because those cranks are 130 BCD. Need to get new cranks.
Posted about 12 years ago
Got rid of the sem-full body pic, it just didn't do the bike justice. New wheel set will be here in a few days, when they do I will take better photos in much better light.
Posted about 12 years ago
you should wrap these bars completely, cover up that crash.
Posted about 12 years ago
New bars on now, those are Nitto B123AA's. I have Deda Pistas on now, which are wrapped.
Posted about 12 years ago
love the little black accents on red, i'm about to build my Cervelo T1. This is going into my fav's
Posted about 12 years ago
Thanks!
A good friend of mine just picked up a T1 as well, if you sprint, you'll love it.
Posted about 12 years ago
Nice, how about a full bike pic?
Posted about 12 years ago
Waiting til it's sunny so I can go outside, don't have enough room in my apartment to get decent light :(
Posted about 12 years ago
Looking forward to an update! I have the same problem... Tokyo=Tiny Apartments
