I love Lasers and Shamals, what about that combination is so special?
The Phil headset and cranks look nice but then again you could probably put that Phil logo on a dog turd and it would look nice somehow.

Absolutely stunning - though as nice as the Phil Wood crankset is, I would love to see a C-Record crank on this!

This is a modern frameset circa 2012. It is built with mostly vintage components as a nod to its lineage, but the modern crankset/hs match the era and the modern fork. No regrets.
Both my other Lasers from the ‘80’s have c-record. Appropriate, although boringly predictable.

Spot on. Sick to death of every laser built same. Clean modern frame and fork looks sick with clean modern crank. I never saw a PW chainring without the grids. V nice.
