Custom Brother Cycles Strom S

Originaly I bougth this frameset because the Brother fork I needed for another project wasn't avaliable as fork only option. In the meantime my other Brother Cycles, the Meteh, got used a lot for commuting and I love the feel and quality of the frame so much that I decided to repaint it. After some recovery of my bankaccount and the fork only option beeing back in stock why not build this bike up as a budget/second allroad bike? A friend was looking for a new bike anyway so I built it up with 105 Di2 to fit her budget. When finished, she suprisingly didn't like the look of the round steel tubes anymore. Women... It happened that I rode it for some winter races in Rüfenach and even in April at the Möhlin Nightcrit and it didn't dissapoint. Now the time has come to frameswap it to a serious allroad racebike. Local framebuilder Stolz made the versatile frame sportier by taking off the fender eyelets, the huge derailer housing stoppers on the downtube and the unnessesary cable guide for mechanical rear derailer option. He also fillet-brazed a clean integreated seatclamp and lowered the bottlemount on the seattube. Duoton GmbH painted it in dark purple. To create some aesthetic and financial contrast on this reasonably priced Stroma it got speced with fancy raw titanium and alloy parts such as a Chris King bottombracket and headset, King Cage titanium bottlecages, Thomson titanium seatpost, Carbon-Ti topcap and thru axles. A friend even CAD me a direct mount Shimano mech hanger that brothers doesn't offer. This detail will be expensive but the bike will look even cleaner and should shift better due to the stiffer mount. If anyone is interessted in buying a direct mount hanger for theyr Brother Meteh, Stroma or Kepler I'll be happy to sell one and share the cost of this stupidly expensive piece.

sorry for removing your comment.
I'll use velobike steel bolts and the dura-ace track steel bolts when they are back in stock. Were the wolftooth bolts alloy? Alloybolts can only handle 5Nm max.
