how does it ride is the question

It's absolutely perfect. Climbs like nothing else, is nimble, light, and could not be a better fit.

Very nice work! absolutely beautiful. Been seriously considering sending in a deposit for his class. Am I seeing it correctly, lugged HT, brazed everything else?

Definitely, definitely take the class! I saved up for years to do it, and it was life changing. I want to go back for the advanced course!
And you are seeing that correctly. Koichi wanted us to learn both lugged and fillet brazed construction, so that's why I have both on there. It's a bit different, but it makes it unique, and I am so glad that I learned to do both, as I've now built fully lugged and fillet brazed frames!

Thanks for the info! I was contemplating that exact thing for those exact reasons. Glad to hear that you kept building.
