A 1987 Takhion Aero with a kevlar disc (666 Wheel/Fluidisc). Built in the Soviet Union, these bikes were used by various Olympic teams. Textima, Rossin, Colnago, Aero Schauss, Juggins, and others have used this handlebar mount design.

Thank you, and me too! I'm constantly on the lookout for Takhion parts. I do have a right Takhion crank arm that's going on this soon, but it is damaged and for display only.
