More Info:
This Raleigh has been completely re-chromed,painted and clearcoated. All NOS parts were then hung on this beautiful machine. My friend Dave had purchased this frame as a gift to me. I had a major Jones for the Internationals that went out the door of his father's shop decades earlier. Dave remembered that. Although he and I were the same 6"2" height he was all legs and short in the torso. This 24.5" frame fit me perfect but his legs required the 25.5" and a long post extended. I knew he couldn't ride this frame. He presented it to me a few weeks before he went into hospice care. I diligently built it up so I could show it to him before he passed. We had a good day re-telling the same road born stories. Along with some others that I've been sworn to secrecy.

Mirroring comments above. A fine bike and fine tale behind it. Thank you for sharing both.
