Posted about 13 years ago

Thanks! The only thing I like more than taking pictures of bikes is --riding bikes--!!! I was attempting mad wheelies yesterday; there is photographic evidence. I will work on obtaining it.

how do you like the Zoncolan? Was thinking of picking one up, but online reviews have not been to favorable of it...

i like it a lot actually. i have it on my cross bike right now and i had it on my visp for a while and it rides really great once you get it positioned right.

I envy this color... My leader is the closest I think I'll get to such a nice green color.

Hi, I liked the incarnation in the triptychon with the scale most. Really beautiful photo work and collages by the way.

Dude, your bike has gone through so many transformations...it seems like a different bike every time I see a new pic. Awesome bike.
Posted about 14 years ago
Yeah, but this is the end of the line. It's going to stay like this until it's no longer a bike.
And this time i mean it, ha!
I kinda want to kick myself when I think of all the changes I've made over a three year timespan. It's literally looked like a dozen different bikes.
Posted about 14 years ago
well i lied. ha. now i'm working on changing the headset and crankset if not relacing some zipps for track use.
or i might just buy a new bike for the zipps. hooray income.

what is the exact color of the bike? love the mix with silver.

charlie says:
TIGER Drylac powdercoat "Sparkle Granny Smith" green. it's a two-stage dormant powdercoat that, because of the way the two stages interact, looks deep and glossy like paint does. Tiger is a huge powder supplier so they should be available through many industrial coat suppliers.
