scored this frameset for a great price at local bike shop - the frame is very slightly out on the back end but it rides fine on the streets.
Frame:
KHS Aerotrack , tig welded True Temper
Fork/Headset:
the original fork for this bike was not only bent but is notorious for having the worst clearance ever - I swapped it out for a steel fixie fork with more rake and way more tire clearance. can actually ride the bike now without scraping my heels on the front tire.
Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
some cnc crankset I picked up when I had to much money burning a hole in my pocket - 165 mm , UN55 BB
Pedals:
MKS track pedals , All City cages , All City straps
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Sugino Messneger 46t chainring , Izumi track chain , 16t all it cog
Saddle/Seatpost:
generic seatpost , Kashimax AeroSport saddle

sold this frameset with the new fork and a wheelset to a friend and I still see it around a lot. he put omnomniums on it and set it up super solid.
