bought this used off the 'list hoping it would be a suitable replacement for a crashed Bolt .. it's not.

All City track pedals , All city cages and generic straps
Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Izumi track chain (gold ) , All City 16t 1/8" cog , 46t 1/8" cog
Derailleurs/Shifters:
left them at home
Saddle/Seatpost:
thomson elite layback post ( 31.6 ) , black Cinelli Unicantor saddle
Brakes:
no brakes ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!
Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
surly new hub with mavic open pro rim , RibMo 25 tire
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
surly new hub with mavic open pro rim , RibMo 25 tire

i heard this was basically the bolt built by leader so I picked up a used one to replace my crashed frame .. not sure what wet wrong with the Kagero but it had none of the lightness or stiffness of any of my other alu frames and I swear it weighs more than my steel lopro frame . glad to try it but even more happy to pass it on.
