Congrats on how much this sold for!! And I thought for sure the GT team bike market was hurting, seeing as the complete tt version went for sub 600, and a red/white/blue version of yours went for like 400 about a month back.

I somehow missed both of those, but yeah, glad mine sold for as much as it did. Leaving out the door right now to spend the cash on some new cycling gear. :-)

It's definitely worth more than that, that's just what it happened to go for. I guess it didn't get enough publicity.

Was watching and definitely thought this was going to go for more. Wouldve bid if I wasnt already part of the club. I feel like the red/white/blue one that ended for $400 may have also been due to the large size, 60cm I think. Less demand?

Thanks! It's a fun bike! I've had the frame sitting on the wall for a while and I'm planning on building it up again in the spring!

Someone was trying to sell one of these for $9,000 frame alone

Whoa, that's crazy. I'd think that there's no way that one of these would ever sell for anywhere near that.

Man! This bike is fantastic. I always see people training and racing on these Tiemeyers at the track. Its nice to see that you ride it on the street. Change things up :3
