1909 Peugeot "A" Type Course (Race)

I haven't decided how I want to proceed with restoring this bike. It's best to leave it original for now. Looking for a replacement head badge. 2017 12-18 Found my headbadge. I have kept this bike as original as possible, replacing a few corroded hardware pieces and brake cables. This is one amazing old bike.

So cool. The geometry makes it look miles long. Caddyish.

Shockingly modern for 1909, truly amazing. Even in the original condition, it didn't look too bad for a 109 year old bike. Do you know its history?

As far as I know, this bike stayed in France with the family of the original owner. When he passed, the bike went into storage. I found it on eBay. Everything except one tire appears to be original. I replaced the cables and grips. The 700A series tires have not been made for a
about 80 years so no replacements available. I have only ridden this bike around the block.
