More Info:
I was buying some used parts from a CL seller, and a neighbor overheard us talkling about bikes. He was an elderly guy, and he went into his apartment and came out with this bike, asking about it's value. I gave him my opinion, and made a "standing offer" on it. Over a year later, as part of a trade with the same CL friend, I asked if he could get the bike into the deal. He came through, and all I've really done is clean it up. I did swap in Cinelli steering until I had the SR stuff cleaned up and ready to go. It is very smooth and in great shape.
