1998 Giant MCR, tri-bike setup

I never could get it right. A very unique frame, very aero, but I couln't get it set up the way I wanted it. Something always rubbed somewhere.

Frame:
56cm "M" 1-piece carbon monococque frame

Fork/Headset:
Giant carbon fork Proprietary internal headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Dura Ace 7800 crankset Dura Ace external BB

Pedals:
Look "delta" resin pedals

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
12-23 9sp Cassete (won't hold a bigger range) 53/39 chain rings SRAM 9-sp chain

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Dura Ace 7700 FD Dura Ace 7700 RD Dura Ace 7400/7700 bar end shifters

Handlebars/Stem:
Valdora base and aero bar combo. Ritchey -17degree 80mm stem

Saddle/Seatpost:
Vetta TT Profile Design Fast Forward Carbon post

Brakes:
Cannondale calipers. (the few that would fit in the frame)

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
HED Jet Tufo S33 Pro tire

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:

I should have kept all the parts, built the frame into a roadie, and used the tri-bike pieces on my Kestrel.
