This is my daily commuter. Nothing fancy. Full utilitarian build. Rain or shine, this gets me where I need to be. I got this bike from a trade. I initially built this bike as a road bike but turned it into a commuter bike after realizing I have too many road bikes. For this particular build, I set this bike up with the Grant Petersen way of doing things. It has flat pedals, tall steerer, swept back bars, thumb shifters, leather saddle, front rack with a basket, large saddlebag, and fenders. The only thing that doesn't belong in this bike are the wheels, but I already have replacements in my stash. I'm just waiting for these wheels to die, but it keeps going to my surprise. This bike can handle all-day rides while being comfortable and relatively fast. This is one of my favorite bikes in my stable because I don't have to worry too much about it being locked up in the city.
