One-off. Originally made for Ian Stannard of Team Sky to use in Madison events for the British Cycling Team. The reinforced rear triangle was designed to increase the stiffness of the frame as Ian was known as quite the bull. “The frame was produced under the commision by Mr. Dolan himself.” - Dolan Cycles. Handcrafted by incredible Sarto Cycles in Italy. Tubes of carbon/kevlar composite to increase stiffness & durability. Produced in 2011.

Nice catch, it probably has the same tight Geometry as my Dosnoventa. When I bought it from them they told me that they didn't think that would be suitable for market, because mine has massive toe overlap.

If its a one off prototype, how did it end up in your possession? It seems like something that they might hang on to.
