RIP Merckx Pista. EDIT: She Will Survive

Built and painted on-demand. A one of a kind Merckx Elite Pista from 02' with an MX-Leader pista fork (undrilled). Tight as a motherfucker. Condition is amazing - small storage scratches but no dings/dents whatsoever. I'm in love with the shape and size of the tubes. The paintjob - IMO - is nothing less than amazing. The relatively short tt and longer st fits me perfectly with my proportionally longer legs than torso. Almost like it was built for me...

Hit and run.

EDIT: After 3 years, I have found an MXL Road fork. Now Redfox Cycles will merge the remains of the old with the new - to create an identical copy of the original. I’m over the moon!

This is a sad day...
If the frameset is good, you can find MAX track forks on the NJS websites, and have it repainted.

Thanks man, I appreciate it! The fork is done, unfortunately ≈ Had it checked by a framebuilder. The frame looks ok, but I haven't had it measured yet - fingers crossed! I'm looking for a replacement MX-L fork, but probably won't find a track version...
