Some say these are the best frames that were ever made by Cannondale; who can tell without riding them all? The frame is incredibly stiff yet easy riding. Great descender, great climber and comfy. This thing puts the power to the ground better than anything I have ridden. The fork has been upgraded to the Super Six version. The gearing is meant to be very versatile. What's not to like?

Thanks! It is the only "modern" bike in my stable. I have tried some newer models and still prefer this one.

OldRoadieTehachapi says:
The stiffness is in deflection, not in ride. It is amazingly stiff when putting power down yet the ride is not at all unpleasant. Handling is quick yet it is stable at speed. I find it a remarkable combination. I am an old man and have ridden road bikes for over 50 years. I find the System Six to be something special.
