I believe this is 1960's Alegro pista frame from Switzerland . Beautiful nervex lugs. trackframe which used to belong to the Swiss national team. And was used as a training frame. Unfortunate there are 2 dents on the frame, 1 on the top tube non drive side. 1 on the rear chainstay driveside/ . frame is marked 286500 on the seattube . 55cm center center 57cm center top 57cm top tube

Kobe - I believe you're right that this is an Allegro. I have pics somewhere of one that was raced here in California by Kemp. They always did interesting paint jobs on their frames.
