This is the tallest bike that you will ever find with a 71cm frame. You will not even be able to ride it unless you are 6.5ft tall +!! It was hand made in Japan, by Panasonic Bicycles, and custom built for its original owner who claimed to be 6.7ft tall. This bike is huge, and if you are tall enough to ride it, I can assure you that you will never find another this tall. Made in about 1980. This bike is fully equipped with a Shimano 600 Arabesque group set: look it up online, these are some of the most beautiful bicycle components ever made!
